Flights measured against the meeting
Every option says when it gets you to the door, and what that leaves before your first meeting. The ones that miss sort to the bottom.
Read-only Google Calendar access, granted when you're ready
A meeting invitation is all it needs. Clearway works out the flights, the hotel and how you'll get around, ranked the way you would have picked them.

The hour you don't get back
No single step is hard. They just all depend on each other, and nothing you use keeps track of that.
Flights, hotels, a map to check the hotel is anywhere near the meeting, a rental quote, the parking rate, the per-diem table.
The 6:05a saves $17 and costs you a 4:20am alarm. The hotel that looked close is 22 minutes away in traffic. You find out afterwards.
Same airline, same chain, same aisle seat, same buffer at security, typed in from scratch every time.
Clearway does that whole pass the moment the invitation lands, and remembers what you picked for next time.
How it works
Four steps. Two of them need you.
Read-only, and separate from signing in. Switch write-back on and it blocks the whole travel window, not just the flight: the drive, security timed to your PreCheck, the walk to the gate.Soon
Located meetings become a candidate trip. You can see what Clearway read to get there, and change any of it.
Flights, hotel, ground and a running total, ranked by your preferences, with a map and a timeline for each day.
Your loyalty number, your card, your reservation. Clearway hands over a pre-filled search and stays out of it.
What you get
Each part of the trip depends on the others, so they get worked out together.
Every option says when it gets you to the door, and what that leaves before your first meeting. The ones that miss sort to the bottom.
Ranked by your chain and the walk to the meeting, not the distance to the city centre. Public and corporate rates side by side.
Rental, rideshare, transit or walking, priced leg by leg with the parking you'd forget about.
Airport, hotel and meeting on one map, so you can tell a ten-minute hop from a fifty-minute one before you book.
A leave-by time built from real drive times and your own buffers, not a flat thirty minutes to the airport.
Every pick updates the trip total and the per-diem check, so nothing surfaces later at expense time.
Preference-first ranking
You're the one paying for the seat, so nothing here pulls you toward the cheapest compliant fare. Giving up $17 for another 90 minutes in bed becomes a decision you make on purpose.
Timing
Most of what goes wrong on a travel day happens in the ninety minutes before the flight. Clearway works the morning backwards from departure, using real drive times and the buffers you set.
Ground transport
The decision most tools leave to you, and an easy one to get wrong. Clearway prices every leg, adds the parking you'd forget, and shows you where the break-even falls.
Security & privacy
It has your customers in it, your candidates, and where you'll be on Thursday. Clearway is built to see as little of it as it can get away with.
Signing in asks for your name and email. Calendar access is a separate grant, and read-only until you turn write-back on.
Loyalty numbers and corporate codes are encrypted in your browser. What reaches the database is ciphertext.
Envelope-encrypted with a key kept outside the database, so the database alone is no way in.
This page loads scripts from one origin, ours, and a content-security policy is what enforces it.
Booking happens on the brand's own site. Your card, your points and your account never pass through us.
Pricing
Sold to you rather than to a procurement department. Personal or expensable card, and nothing to cancel out of.
$0
Enough to see whether it changes how your next trip goes.
$29/ month
If you're on a plane most months and would like that hour back.
Later
Colleagues keep their own accounts and their own preferences; you get one bill.

FAQ
Your Google Calendar, read-only. It's a separate grant from signing in, so you can look around before handing over anything, and signing in asks only for your name and email. Write-back is another switch again, off until you turn it on. With it on, Clearway blocks the real travel window: the drive to the airport, security timed against your PreCheck status, the gate walk, the flight, and the same on the way home. The hours you spend in transit stop showing up as free.
No. It plans and prices the whole trip, then hands you over to the airline, hotel or rental company's own site with the search pre-filled. You keep your loyalty number and your status, you pay with your own card, and you can change the booking with the brand directly. Clearway never sees your payment details.
It reads the location, description and attendee domains on your invitations and works the trip out from those, then shows you what it used so you can confirm or correct it. If you'd rather be explicit, create an all-day event and invite Clearway to it, or type the trip in by hand.
Every number is labelled at the point you read it: live, cached, or estimated. Flights and hotels come from live inventory. Ground costs are modelled from rate cards and routing, and they say so.
No. Clearway ranks by your preferences first: your airline, your chain, your cabin and seat, and how much walking or how many connections you'll accept. The cost of each choice sits next to it. If you'd rather not see non-preferred carriers at all, there's a switch for that. No employer is paying for your seat here, so nothing pulls you toward the cheapest compliant fare.
No. Clearway is sold to you directly, on a personal or expensable card, and you can cancel whenever. If colleagues start using it they get their own accounts, and nothing about your trips is shared with them.
They go in a zero-knowledge vault: encrypted in your browser with a key derived from your passphrase, and stored as ciphertext the server can't read. If we had to hand the database over, there would be nothing legible in it. (Not built yet. It's next on the roadmap.)
Google Calendar works today. Microsoft 365 is next, and the provider layer was written with two implementations in mind from the start.
Connect your calendar and Clearway will find it, price it, and show you the plan.
